It's not RANDOM. There's a COMPLEX algorithm which determines when a word or phrase is capitalised but they aren't INTELLIGENT enough to understand it.

Caps really began with @Sheena way back on dotmusic. It's just QUITE CAMP. Said out loud and done properly it sounds like GAY HYPERBOLE and EXEGERATION.
