Loving Arms is one of the greatest examples of an elevated vocal. The music is just standard 90s euro house. It’s really nothing special. But that vocal my God. One of the greatest dance vocals ever.

I didn’t know there were high expectations for it. Maybe 1999 wasn’t a good year to expect much, nearly every hit in 1999 was some Ibiza anthem. I was out there that year and I don’t remember hearing it. Must have gotten lost in the shuffle.
I have moopy to thank for this remix. Was introduced to it about ten years ago. It is indeed FANTASTIC. It’s standard Chicane fair but again her vocal takes it to another place.
