What a bizarre episode. That party where they all dressed up to sit around the kitchen table in Fallyn’s house surrounded by fog :D

Also what was up with Latoya? She’s totally in love with Kenya and absolutely had a meltdown when she rejected her.

I feel like we missed a crucial part of the fight cause I just didn’t get it.

Drew is growing on me.
 
Kenya is insufferable this season. I think there's enough water under the bridge now to bring back Phaedra to terrorise her :o
 
The second-hand embarrassment I felt for Fallyn in that episode.

Taking three days to decorate your home (and probably a day in itself to get dressed up like that) only to leave the completely underwhelmed women sitting awkwardly around a kitchen table to chat. And then attempting to cause some sort of a scene by pretending to want to attack one of them with a golf club - for everyone to leave because they feel very uncomfortable.

Yovanna would never.
 
Also I can't believe Tanya has run off to Canada to escape all of the South Carolina fall-out :D
 
I believe this is it for Tanya. She’s gone for good.
 
This season is starting to feel like a reality show where all the random friends of are all auditioning to become a full-time cast member (with Drew ultimately becoming the winner) :D

That last episode was ROUGH. I can perhaps understand Kenya not being educated on why wearing the headdress is offensive and racist, but that production allowed her to film most of the episode wearing it? Surely you'd just have a polite word! It's not a David Attenborough program where you aren't allowed to disturb the wildlife!

And the final few moments with the golf club? WTF? I normally live for the hot mess stuff in Housewives, but that was just plain WEIRD!

I'm surprised they even kept that in. It was such a transparent attempt from Fallyn at - as you say - auditioning to be a cast member. And leaving in such a poorly conceived stunt was only ever gonna serve to detract from the show's reputation, not add to it. All the other ladies just looked embarrassed.
 
I'd have preferred if Kandi had rocked up in that outfit to the reunion where they smash down the sex dungeon rumours.
 
WHAT exactly has Kandi done this entire season? :D She's really just sat back, said nothing and waited for the 2 million dollar paycheque eh?

LaToya is apparently not returning for the next season, which I think I'm OK with. I really enjoyed her at first, but as the season progressed she's just come across as immature, and the Drew trying to send her to church to stop her drinking sub-storyline is HORRIBLE!

Whilst this season has had its moments, and certainly isn't the disaster the first few episodes suggested, I really think now is the time for Bravo to up Marlo's paycheque and position her as a real key player. She's the perfect bridge between old and new, and the Kenya/Porsha/Marlo dynamic has been the most interesting thing about this season BY FAR!
 
I thought Marlo came off very desperate this episode. The way she kept trying to position herself between Porsha and Kenya as they both told her it was nothing to do with her and then she left in a huff and no one really cared.

Latoya’s insane ramblings about Drue on Twitter are my favorite
 
Oh my god the prophet story has to be the best thing ever. Drew calling Latoya a Delilah sent me and that crook of a prophet :D what a mess.
 
I can’t believe next week is the finale. It’s been a breeze but I’m liking these shorter seasons.

That finale delighted me to no end. When the carolers arrived at the end I lost it.

Drew is terrible and I’m glad Kandi yelled at her.

Very low expectations from the reunion but this hasn’t been as bad a season as everyone seems to make it out to be.

I used to watch this when it was on Living,I think the last season I saw was the first one with Kenya and maybe Porsha in it when the first joined if that was the same season. The way Sheree speaks always annoyed me but Atlanta always seemed to be the best RH to me.

I haven't got a concise LINK explaining it all to hand, but Kandi is being quite outspoken about how unhappy she has been with production this season. Apparently several key scenes/storylines have been left out which has resulted in Porsha being shown in a much more favourable light. I think some stuff has been shown out of sequence too (although that's quite standard for reality TV).

SECONDLY apparently LaToya went bananas at the reunion, and that's all been cut too...
 
I think this is the first time I've noticed Kandi float the idea of QUITTING! :eyes: She must be REALLY frustrated with production



On one hand I can't see her walking away from an easy 2 million dollar paycheque...on the other after she's basically done NOTHING all season I imagine Bravo wouldn't be too bothered losing her from their wage-bill, especially with tumbling ratings.
It would also help open up a path for a PHAEDRA return, which the fanbase seems to desperately want right now (along with Shereé) :disco:
 
Bravo will not want to lose her, she stabilizes the show and it would be chaos without her. Also I hate the narrative that she does nothing, she doesn’t need to be physically fighting with the others to bring something.

I think with her acting career picking up and winning the masked singer, she’s more confident in her ability to stay relevant without the housewives. And she’s probably signaling that if they bring Phaedra back that she’s out.

Agreed! Perhaps I was a little harsh by saying she's done NOTHING, but I do think (from what we've been shown) that it has been a weak season for her.

From what I gather, a lot of Kandi's storyline for the season appears to have been removed or edited weirdly which probably explains her frustration, and why people (like myself) have subscribed to that narrative.

For the record I do really like Kandi! She's never an ultra fave, but I love her energy and success, and that she's barely changed personality-wise since season 2 :D
 
I’m sure they look at social media figures etc and doesn’t Kandi have by far the highest Instagram follow count of any RH from any franchise? Around 8-9 million I believe so they will want to keep her if they can.

I do like Kandi too, but she's just not worth her bloated paycheque anymore.

Atlanta is pretty stagnant right now, and neither Kandi nor Cynthia are gonna be doing anything to move it along. They just don't have it in them. Cut them from the cast and let it move on somewhere else, like it needs to.
 
Let's be honest, Atlanta needs to stop trying to make DESPERATE DREW happen (she's never going to happen) and just bring back Phaedra/Shereé/Nene (with her season 1-3 personality) to step up a DIVINE FEUD with queen Kenya Moore.
 
There’s no way Nene will ever be back on Bravo. She burned that bridge.
