Just got back from a brisk run. How smug am I on a scale of 1 to twelvety.

I went on an 8-mile hike in 6°C and drizzle yesterday. It was quite nice and very MISTY MOUNTAINS but my legs are sore as fuck today. At least I didn't catch a cold.

I've been making friends with the local gays in Cowes. We've spent the whole weekend in the shop and become friends with the locals. I now get discounted coffees, sandwiches, cakes and fish and chips!
