I've been double penetrated!

All under 40s in Glasgow now being invited to take the vaccine!
Only in certain postcodes (not mine) at the moment, unfortunately. My friend who is in that area has his tomorrow though. However, I can't see it being contained to Southside for long so hopefully all of Glasgow can get them soon.

WTF is that about? I’ve also now spoken to four other people who told me that they never bothered registering for a new GP, keeping the one at their family home. With millennials, particularly in London this is going to be more and more common.

This is SO ME! I genuinely cannot remember the last time I visited a GP :D

One of my friends is still registered at his old family home which they sold 5 years ago (!) so he literally has no access to that address, but he still seems to be OK for getting appointments and the vaccine.

"This week, 2900 doses of vaccine were delivered to the district." :disco:

"2700 doses will be used for second vaccinations." :(

This is getting stupid.

We had the same six weeks ago; first vaccinations pretty much stopped.

AND Germany is removing vaccination priorities entirely on June 7th, with millions of people from the elevated risk group not yet vaccinated. So 69-year-old people with Asthma will battle with healthy 27-year-olds who want to go on vacation in July for a vaccination spot.

But that decision can't possibly have anything to do with this being an election year. Surely not. :disco:

Yeah I just went through all the postcodes I've lived at for the past 10 years and eventually found I'm still registered in Leeds, used that and booked one round the corner.

I’m registered at a GP in Glasgow’s glamorous west end despite not living there for years. I just need to Google what my postcode was before I go in and everything’s fine. I’m now hurriedly trying to get it changed though so I can actually get a vaccination letter. Texts too modern for Scotland :(

I'm 37 and got mine at the end of March... no idea why so early, possibly something to do with my postcode or my GP has me down as clinically vulnerable and they haven't told me the details of whats wrong with me

I think the % of posters who have been jabbed may be higher. A few of the ones who voted they haven't had it yet haven't been online for 2 or 3 months. I think at least some would have been vaccinated in that time
