Can we have an ANTI FRIENDS banner or something. We need to capitalise on this.

I mean, I understand if you liked it at the time because you were young but really it has aged super badly, the jokes really weren't funny and the lack of diversity is DISGUSTING!
 
I think that Rachel, Monica, phoebe, and chandler would no longer be racist or sexist or homophobic or transphobic in 2021. Or at least no more so than other tv characters.

Also clearly just an opinion, but I think it is funny and holds up well today.

I’m not going to excuse the lack of diversity.
 
When my current neighbour moved I noted she had a Central Perk welcome mat. I knew straight away she would be a basic yet pleasant bitch, I was correct.

I hate the memes and gifs the most. If anyone replies to me with either on FB I've been known to unfriend them.

Poor Matthew Perry looks in terrible shape in that People magazine interview. I'm surprised they went ahead with this given the state he's in.

It's a sad decline to see.
 
I thought this clip with Gaga was fun because it has an old school TV vibe, like something that might have happened when a guest star showed up on the Brady Bunch variety hour (which I watched in its entirety during the first lockdown - it's been a weird year okay)

It helps that it only features one Friend, and by far the best one




Maybe the rest of the reunion had a similar energy but I'll probably never know :)

I loved this. It reminded me of just how iconic the mid-90s was, and how lucky we were to have lived and stanned that era.

Plus Lisa Kudrow featuring Lady Gaga is the Big Pop Girl duet I never knew I needed. Smelly Cat Twenty One slaps.
 
I started watching this and was really enjoying it - the emotional walk on set, the reunion hugs, the banter and the reminiscing.

And then James Corden came on and I lasted 5 more minutes. Honestly when did he get THAT GLOOPY? He's unbearable. It just turned into another chat show. He sucked all of the importance out of it.

- oh actually I lie, I zoned out for a bit and then enjoyed the part with the producers talking about casting the show. And when they recreated the quiz episode. Then James Corden came back and I turned it off.
 
Wow, Ed Sheeran has literally zero rhythm or dance ability. He makes Mariah look like Janet.
