Well my new schedule means waking up at 5:30 on Tuesdays, but at least it means I started the daily thread for once

Another SCORCHER here today, so I am sitting in the garden with my feet in a cold basin of water catching some rays. OH THE GLAMOUR.

I wonder if @lolly has swapped his cardigans for a matching bikini and sarong yet?

What though

Isn't world population growth slowing down a GOOD THING? Am I meant to feel bad for all of the sperm that ended their life on a sock? I just don't think I have it in me to care that much about what is essentially an ambitious tadpole.

Today is the first day I'm wearing short sleeves to work.

I wept a silent tear as I folded my cardigan and put it in my chest of drawers this morning :(
 
I’ve been working non stop since FRIDAY, with just Sunday night off. FINALLY FINISHED work for the next 3 days, and having a beer in the sun. Been up since 5 as I woke up in a blind panic about the job interview I had this morning, as I was terrified at the prospect of GETTING IT (it was working as a curtain designer, and just, NO)

I had this horrifying vision of spending my ENTIRE LIFE doing curtains, which are the WORST fucking part of interior design.
 
Today we danced to Native American music and made dream catchers.

Is it cultural appropriation? I dunno. Fun though.

May this beautiful weather never end. :love:
 
If I recall correctly it was lettuce, guacamole, bacon and tomato.
 
I had a smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich for dinner.
