Quite grateful for the various COVID curfews last night - the beer garden opposite my flat (which wasn't a beer garden until the pandemic because it's just tarmac and brick) was an absolute bloody racket because of the football but they had to be indoors by 10pm. Very reasonable. By the time they were spewing out onto the streets, I was asleep.

To be fair, we've been talking about moving for a while. While we've had some great times, it's a cute house, very close to town and is fairly cheap, it's also got some bad memories, there's some absolute scumbags nearby and the area can be so fucking loud. We just weren't planning on moving this year.

Money wise the timing is good, as I'll have just got my student loan.
