Morning

state of emergency is over in Osaka. I think we are in a state of quasi-emergency now, whatever that means. So I took a quick trip to the next prefecture over and got bitten by these buggers

I don't think any animal has ever bitten me, despite having a fairly irrational fear of dogs doing so.

Just saw that Dominos emailed me yesterday suggesting I buy a pizza to share with my dad - having fun imagining the LOGISTICS of how that would work :eyes:

Because I'm a thoughtless self centred hypocrital Mel like bastard I don't know where your Dad is, so I've constructed this reply.

You could eat the pizza over Skype/ by his hospital bed/ in your imagination/ by his grave/ by the site his ashes were scattered/ outside his prison.

I had this too!

Also an email inviting me to buy poppers for my "daddy" and this ad I really wish I'd seen beforehand as I'm sure it's what my dad has always wanted.

There's no grave and the ashes were STOLEN! Well not really but we don't have them :o I wonder if ouija boards stop working if you get pizza on them

On this favourite bench then.

Do people have favourite benches? I think I do.

Well his partner took them and didn't let the family have any, saying she knew best - and maybe she did, but it would've been nice to have a say
Horrible. Some families are so mean when "other" families are involved. We're having problems at the moment with my grandad's lady-friend's family, the main one being that they're awful cunts.

Also, I think @Ag is basically trying to say, get yourself a Domino's hun. X

Oh I'm SO PLEASED the builders are already back! I don't think they'd left at midnight last night. I think they might be staying there.

I want a bench when I die.

Sorry to hear the very bizarre story of your dad's ashes Cob.

I naturally didn't acknowledge Father's day because my dad is a wanker.

But I did have to endure 2 days of fudge buyers clearing us out of all stock for their own father's. I think it was our busiest weekend yet.

I see it's carpet or loft insulation day. They really are the JACK OF ALL TRADES!

Omg also, some crazy woman private messaged me on Facebook Saturday night telling me her cat has gone missing and he looks exactly like the cat in my profile photo (who is my cat Heathcliff), and can she come round to see him to make sure I hadn't stolen him!! I actually had a mini panic attack thinking she would claim him and I have no proof he's actually mine.

I had a very good weekend, Friday football and ket, Saturday afternoon group meal then spontaneous mushrooms, and then driving around the country visiting assorted fathers yesterday. Felt incredibly normal and good to be free.

Today I will be snooing.

I have no father's day tales to tell, but I am tempted by a Domino's pizza.

Someone I know my age, had SIX CARDIAC ARRESTS while driving his car. He's survived but is in intensive care. It's made the local press because he had a couple of CHART HITS many years ago.
