Mawnin, awl.

Sleep patterns seem to be back to something approaching normal. Yay me.

Still in bed and not really feeling the motivation to change that. I wouldn't mind but I've had a restful weekend. Should have got fucked up.

I'm also still in bed. I have absolutely nothing to do for the next 2 days apart from a bit of housework.

The trouble with some reissues/deluxe editions is that they contain so many versions of the same songs that you can get a bit fed up by the end. I love Super Furry Animals but 4 versions of "Something For The Weekend" is plenty.

I have my annual review in 30 mins. Suppose I better come up with some objectives for the next year.

Bournemouth’s Pride line up has been revealed. Sabrina from Mis-Teeq, Sam Callahan AGAIN but most excitedly…

I was ordered to book an employer in last minute on Friday to interview today because we had a VIP visiting today, rang around everyone and managed to call in a favour from an employer I’ve worked with before, did a bit of work Saturday to ensure we had bookings, attended the site today and arranged for one of my team to join… all hugely stressful and time consuming so I’m behind on literally everything…

The VIP turned up for about 20 minutes and was gone before the employer even arrived, so I wasted two days of work and got the employer to rearrange their entire day to get them in for nothing. Looks like I’ll get to have another kick off with senior management though, so that’s a bonus.

If I was cynical, I would wonder if this is the excuse to gentrify the railway arches, same as the (virtually empty) Brixton arches.

It’s amazing how all the luxury apartment blocks built there have only made it EVEN SHITTER.

I need to get away this weekend; is Manchester still all plagued up to fuck or am I allowed to travel?
Still one of the highest in the country and they’re still advising people to minimise travel in and out of the area. They’re basically doing nothing which might reduce the levels, so this isn’t surprising.

How are the vaccinations going up there? How come cases are so high?

Manchester City council area still has less than 60% first jabbed. I think the population is quite young, so a higher proportion have only just become eligible.

Ah I was about to be shocked, but the fact theres a young population explains it better.
