My BROADBAND PACKAGE arrives tomorrow but when ordering I popped in the wrong house number and postcode so I’m trying to change it. I called Virgin Media who asked me for some password that I never set up (as it’s different from the one I use for my online account) and as a result they can’t get access to said account to change the details

My sister had a Wrinkles toy (freaky-looking dog puppet thing) when we were little and she called it Cubsy. Cubsy's birthday is 4th July. Even though my sister's in her mid-40s now Cubsy's still around because she was handed down to my nephew so every year I still post a happy birthday message on my sister's Facebook wall. I did that this morning and since then loads of our mutual Facebook friends (who either don't know who Cubsy is or who must think that I call my sister "the delectable Miss Cubsy") have posted birthday wishes to my sister, thinking it's her birthday.
