My dad sent me that EXACT article when I broke the news to him :basil:

I pointed out that the flat I want is actually in Bromley North ward which only has 470 :)

I'm trying to avoid posting the actual listing because I don't want to JINX IT but it's not IN Bromley-by-Bow. The ward boundaries are just ODD
