Every morning, after I run, before I go to work or whatever. Sometimes I'll shower a second time before a date or a night out or something

I shower every morning but it's just as much about cleanliness as a waking up ritual. I rarely use soap though
 
When I shower at night, I just don't feel fully clean in the morning. It might be all in my head though

I would shower evenings to spare my PRISTINE LINENS from grease and grit but I can't justify two showers

unless it's a particularly MUGGY day
 
I like to shower before bed. Go into my sheets clean and wash the daily grime off me.

Morning showers mean waking up earlier :x:
 
If I don't have a bath or shower at least daily I feel a bit weird, although Mother Zu 2 often likes to share that she DOES THE V (pits and fanny) every few days and treats herself to a bath weekly which is JUST WRONG ON A NUMBER OF OBVIOUS LEVELS

how long would you spend in there? I do 10 minutes on non-shaving days and 15 minutes on shaving days (APPROX)
 
My morning routine is already hours long for no good reason, so the shower hardly makes a difference
 
Every other day. My hair can’t take getting drenched that regularly or it would be in terrible condition and I wash it every 3-4 days. I find people with long hair who wash it daily always have the worst conditioned hair and they are stuck in a vicious cycle of now having to wash it and doing more damage to it.

On hot muggy day I’d jump in twice a day though.
 
I am reading a book about Tudor daily life and the author investigated their hygiene by following the practice of a typical yeoman. Her conclusion was that it’s the clothes that cause smelling and not the actual body. The Tudors didn’t want to wash in hot water so much because they thought opening the pores up would cause dangerous elements to enter their body through the skin.

Anyway I shower twice a day because I am trying to get as many dangerous elements to enter my body through the skin as I can. #danger

I have a shower daily after my run. I only wash and condition my hair twice a week though.

Oh God she's fixated with the DOWN THERE. If it's not DOING THE V, it's prolapse chat, telling me she hasn't been today or MEASURING HER OWN WEE :zombie:
 
I think my mum is a follower of the 'kids only need one bath a week' school of thought. I can't say I've given it much thought. Kids don't get BO really, do they? Just GRUBBY, and I wasn't really an outdoorsy child.

I shower (or bathe) every day (or every other day if I don't need to leave the house) now.

just water. I save the soap for particularly dirty times

I'm moving into a new flat with a bath however, so I might delve into the world of bath salts, whatever THAT is good for
 
I shower every other day but I only wash my hair twice a week at most (it's very long, see @Ellie 's post). On not-hairwash shower days I only wash from the neck downwards so my hair doesn't get wet, then I wash my face in the sink. I also often have a hot bath on a Sunday evening whether I need one or not, even if I've showered in the morning, because I love lying in the bath singing loudly.

Every morning religiously if it's a weekday. Early evening before going out on weekends
Used to think I could get away with skipping the odd one and got told I stink, so no.
Odd to think when I was a kid, a weekly bath was the norm.
 
I usually shower after exercise or in the morning and then have a soak in the bath at night. If exercise is in evening then it’s just an evening shower.
 
once a day. and then again in the evening if I exercise or am bored. and i usually wash my hair out of habit, but I've gotten better at leaving my hair for a while since being injured and not having to/being able to shower and it being a necessity.
