What qualifications will I need? I want to get out of the civil service and I’m a highly competent yet unaccredited project manager who keeps meaning to do my Prince 2 but never gets around to it.

My understanding is that when the past experience in a CV is full with customer service related jobs they don't even care if you have google analytics, adobe suite applications or wordpress in your other skills section. They probably don't even go as far as reading that bit.

It’s true but make sure you list those skills in your headline statement - bullet them so they don’t get lost in a paragraph. They are really valuable skills right now
