At work all day. Hopefully someone doesn’t die in front of me again today :eyes:
 
Turns out I no longer have to go :shock: You used to have to pay in cash when entering Turkey to get a visiting visa (and they would absolutely not take Scottish notes, hence the plan to go to the bank for English ones). However, apparently the entire thing was scrapped last March so I can stay in bed instead :disco:
 
You're going to scare off the scores of Gen Z posters if you keep this up.
 
I seem to be in a 60s mood - the Beatles thread inspired me to pop on "1" and I'm now listening to Zappa's "Uncle Meat", one of his absolute weird ass albums.

The best time for music is always "now" because you have whatever is new and you can pick and choose from everything that came before.
 
I too am in work today.

I can be so productive when arseholes aren’t interrupting me every 5 minutes (apart from posting on here obviously 🙄)
 
We are HOME BAKING today. Never done it before, but our EXTENSIVE KITCHEN is a fitting venue.

Obviously we're just experimenting with mince pies, but I'm STILL QUITE EXCITED.
 
I've just found out LULU is going to be at the fireworks party I'm at next week. A friend has just EXCITEDLY let me know about this.

Just had a SUIT FITTING because I’m an usher raymond at my mate’s wedding in December. Nice that I’ve I’ve at least had one wedding to look forward to this year.

I’m being very efficient today, I sorted out my filing system on my work computer, hardly ate anything and didn’t drink enough water. Then had 2 drinks with my friend, and started my hangover in record time!

They taste good. Bit wonky, but on balance a decent first go.

I wanted to try Mince pies last year, but I never found one. Maybe this year
 
Mr F is cleaning his bedroom for the first time ever (I usually do it, it isn't just left to fester) because he overheard me call it Troll's Kingdom on the phone to my mum last night. He's been up there a couple of hours now so I went up to check and he'd taken my instruction literally when I said "I start in the far corner, take all the stuff off the unit, clean it then put it on the bed, move the unit and hoover where it lives, then clean the unit and put it back". What I didn't specify was that I then replaced the stuff on that unit before moving onto the next one. You couldn't see the bed for the TV, PS4, laptop, DVDs, BluRays, books and a reading lamp. He'd taken everything off everywhere and put them on the bed then realised there's no room to move every unit at once.

I felt sorry for him so I've offered to put the fresh duvet cover on for him when he's up to that part. I should also add that Troll's Kingdom is "our" room rather than my bitchcave, the bitchcave is always clean, tidy, crumbless and dust-free with lovely bedding.
 
Was my cleaning day today too, and after i cleaned everything up I thought i should rearrange the furniture to make some room for the Christmas tree, which I did. Now my cat goes and smells everything like it's new as if she hasn't smell it a hundred times.
