Is this an Irish jig inspired song? Or am I just wrong

Sad and nostalgic but with a happy tune. Yes, I like this one.

I mean, the sad piano sucked me in because sad piano does that to me...and it starts fine...but as soon as "it's a lovely Christmas morning", it all goes to cock.

Listen x4 and can confirm this is actually just growing OFF me.

But like I said before, you can't have an ABBA album without some questionable songs so I'm grateful for it in that way.

“Little things like your naughty eyes” is jarring to say the least.

Oh yes a thank you song for Santa? Just what I wasn't hoping for

Well, yes, it’s fairly schmalzy, but imagine how we’d all feel if we were listening to this album‘s version of ‘Two For The Price Of One’ right now.

Christmas morning is never lovely. It's cold, it often comes with a hangover and it's either far too quiet or far too loud. The entire premise is flawed.

Well this is very much like a twee Like An Angel Passing Through but in a diabetic coma. But have warmed a lot to it over the course of the day because I love hearing their voices intertwine. But this fucking CHOIR.

Little Things is ALMOST worth it for that transition. Almost.

There is a single instance of a children's choir in music that isn't shit and it's Talk Talk's "I Believe In You".

I've only heard this a few times but I like it. If I found out it was actually from the 70s, I wouldn't be surprised

I will also allow I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day, as far as children’s choirs go.
