Oooh interesting, because I said the opposite thing (even referring to Malou!) I think her being older only adds to the wisdom that this song radiates. No one under 25, and particularly no one as bland as Malou, should be singing this ode to realising you’ve taken things too far.It's a GREAT FUN SONG, but I wish they had switched in a better performer. It felt a bit AMATEUR HOUR to me.
