I wondered if people would know what I was talking about - didn’t you ever get these junk chain emails back in the day? Obviously it wasn’t all twos then but it was some particular combination of numbers, but it always had the ancient Chinese wisdom spiel

I always write 0- for the month and if it's a single digit day 0- for that too. That's a throwback to the Civil Service though.

I've had my first ever 30mins one today. It felt a lot easier than the usual one-hour ones.
But I have another 1 hour one on Friday.

Hi all! How have your days been?

I am full of so much energy at the moment. I find I have to always be on the move. I've walked 24km today as well as going for a bike ride. Aside from the obvious, I think it's because I've cut out all processed and sugary foods, as well as alcohol. It's amazing how much difference it makes. And my energy levels are constant from the moment I get up through to when I go to bed.

I am starting my copywriting course next week. Super excited for that!

I will probably take the canal path route out of Manchester to the west towards Wigan. If I can go get to Wigan and back, I'll be very happy.

Alas, it is indeed RIP to my red bike. I have more of a generic dark green bike now that isn't so distinctive. It's a cheap-ish bike from Halfords, so I'm not expecting a long life out of it. My next bike will be something more spectacular.
