It happens to me with the cholesterol pill, i can never remember if i've taken it or how many should be left so am taking it twice.
 
My coworker asking me to cover something because she’s sick, me saying yes, her apologizing 5 times, me saying it’s not a big deal, and then her posting on Facebook about how she’s an empath minutes later. I know it’s her anxiety but still

Actually I feel bad for her, because she gets in a cycle where she pisses people off by apologizing too much and it pushes people away which just leads to her feeling bad and apologizing more. And she can’t say no and overcommits to not offend anyone but then offends people by not being able to keep her commitments

It’s weirdly common to see people here taking calls on speakerphone and holding the phone up near their face. WHYYYY
