Thanks all!

@Sheena I dearly wish I could take up your offer. Maybe Shirley will have a personal appearence* at Åhlens we can go to next weekend instead.

*shift :(

I went for a nice walk earlier, it's amazing how a little bit of sunshine and blue skies can change my mood. I went around some of the new stuff that's being built south of the river in the city centre (a massive Barclays 'campus' and some other related stuff) - it's pretty impressive and I really hope it spurs more development in that area, a city as big as Glasgow having basically NO riverside venues/destinations feels like such a missed opportunity :(

What happened on @VoR's birthday last year? Some kind of invasion of some country or something?

I've taken a cocodamol because my shoulder-blade feels like it's on fire, the warm hug is just starting so I'm going to put washing in, lie down on the sofa and lament the loss of youth.

I've just got my ASFM Anti-Valentines results back from the lab and apparently they're going to have to remove a kidney :(

I've just put the failing Dyson around. And because we still haven't got around to replacing it yet and it's only really operating at about 50% force, I was down on my hands and knees with the smaller tool which still works far better for the slightly hard to reach places. But as I was bending down I had a strange popping sound in my ear which caused me to lose my balance, and I fell wrenching my shoulder against an armchair and the wall.

So now I'm in bed with my shoulder aching and my ear and jaw throbbing.

Got any spare cocodamol?

Six full boxes in the tablet cupboard and another box will be coming Tuesday with Mr F's next prescription. Yes they're the good 30/500 ones. :D

I went and had a hot bath and rediscovered that hot baths don't go well with cocodamol hugs. I only lasted seven minutes after I'd finished washing and had to get out and lie on the bed for half an hour because I felt like I was going to faint.

Do you know what it was that popped in your ear? That sounds worrying.

Yes, I took a couple about half an hour ago. Seems to have taken the edge off it, but it's stopped me going to the Light Festival tonight.

Ah I saw Emma insta about that last night, it looks good!
