MORNING
 
I have exactly nothing off at all over that weekend and I'm fine with it. I'll take my holidays when I want them, not when fucking Bojo tells me to.
 
Good morning, and happy birthday our queen 🎉

I'm at work but a few of us are off to a funeral in a bit, for my colleague's dad who'd had cancer for a while but died quite suddenly when the family all thought they had a lot longer with him. Pretty much the same situation as with my own dad a few years ago, I saw some of the family yesterday and they seemed shellshocked :(
 
I’m in hospital because what I thought was a water infection turned out to be a 4mm kidney stone blocking the tube to my bladder which has caused infections in my bladder, bowel and kidneys. Medical science cannot explain how this large stone has developed without my knowledge (found on a ct scan). Dr Lee this morning said ”but it’s the size of a lentil, it must have caused you pain?!”. She then proceeded to pummel me in my lower left abdomen to make me wince and prove her right but I think the other consultants enjoyed me sitting there smiling and saying no it’s fine. Anyway I’ve had an incredibly painful amount of tubes, camera, wires up my foof under local this morning. They can’t dislodge it so I’m on morphine because it all fucking hurts now and stuck here till they can come up another plan.

Oh God Floppet. Sending lots of love, and hopefully they can get you sorted or at least get the pain under control.xx
 
Already on the train to work so naturally I’m tired and furious.

The girl next to me has her elbows out and is playing a game on her phone so I guess she has no intention of being a good person
 
I do wish she would log in and give us an update. I know she has far more pressing matters in “real life” but I am worried sick.
