Is it somehow on the lower counting streams ratio because the record company didn’t notice this was happening?

Yes I'd forgotten that. Presumably it is because it's on the ACR.
 
Kate Bush classic Running Up That Hill makes a sensational return at No.8 (26,159 sales) powered by its prominent use in Season 4 of the Netflix sci-fi/drama series Stranger Things. It’s the track’s third visit to the Top 10.

A No.3 hit for Bush in 1985, it reached No.6 in 2012, when issued in a remix with a new vocal. It was already Bush’s most popular track in the digital era with consumption prior to this week of 639,271 units, putting it a little ahead of her introductory single and 1978 chart-topper Wuthering Heights (622,183) and way ahead of her No.3 song, This Woman’s Work (386,389 units). Were it not for ACR, Running Up That Hill would have achieved a new chart peak this week, with consumption of 48,234 units – good enough for No.2
 
Apparently it stands for accelerated chart ratios, but I don't know how the specifics of it work.

So does it have ACR applied to it only because the label didn't ask for a reset?
 
Maybe it was reset today for next week's chart, I assume you can't reset it midweek?

Presumably the label knew the Stranger Things drop date. It still seems somewhat remiss if they just forgot to ask or didn't consider it.
 
I saw the Kate Bush tribute band Baby Bushka tonight, and they were absolutely amazing :disco: There were too many highlights to mention, but as well as all the hits they played far more of my personal favourites than I could have hoped (Night of the Swallow! The Song of Solomon! Pull Out The Pin! A truly demented version of Sat In Your Lap!) and they also incorporated elements of the alternative/demo version when they did Hounds of Love which I thought was really fun. Also a special shout out to the encore, which was a GRAND MASHUP featuring -

Cloudbusting
Why Should I Love You (!!!)
Under the Ivy :disco::disco::disco:
back into Cloudbusting (containing elements of Nocturn :ShockedSenhit: )

Well I'll stand corrected, it's projected to make the top ten and possibly top five this week!

It's got to be the oldest non-holiday song to rebound to the top ten.
 
After the Jubilee concert yesterday I was rather expecting her to have been toppled on the iTunes chart, but she's still very much in pole position. It's the reveal of the US charts on Tuesday that I'm now excited/nervous about.

Someone here cunningly said on the topic of Kate Bush finding Theresa May the Prime Minister "amazing" that she probably finds A LOT OF THINGS AMAZING and that quote has haunted me forever :D

And I suspect this "fantastic" is along the same lines!
