Saint Swithin's Friday

In all fairness I do LOVE Summer here, but I sleep so much better in the Winter and my favourite weather of all is definitely snow. The absolute worst thing about the heat is in bed at night it can be UNBEARABLE.
 
I’ve lived in high 30s and its gross if you have to do anything that doesnt involve a swimming pool or air con. This country is FUCKED.

Not at all. I prefer autumn, but I'll take winter over summer on the whole.

But you really only love winter for the TV, don't you... :D
 
I fucking hate the cold. I'd rather be way too hot than even a little cold
 
Even if it’s not heatwave all day every day summer is USUALLY decent a majority of the time here. Winter is just wind and rain with the odd snowfall throw in and dark from 3pm until 9am, WHY would you prefer that?!

KNITWEAR, BIG JACKETS, AND NOT BEING SWEATY
 
The dark bit is the only reason I don't like winter. The weather I much prefer.

The Winters in Scotland are usually bit more eventful than THAT. The darkness is probably the biggest downfall but the Autumn/Winter fashion is always MILES ahead of Summer so that then puts me firmly in favour of Winter once we add in tv, and Christmas. :santa:
 
Summer used to be my favourite season but now I work full time I can't even enjoy it to its fullest so what's the POINT?

Obviously 40 degree heat is not my bag, but nothing beats a nice sunny day.
