I think it depends on the type of fan, but hanging them behind can be more useful.

To be honest, it sounds more like the raw nerve is a you problem.
 
Admittedly we usually have AC, but as someone who spends about 4 months a year at 30+ degrees, you’ll survive a few days (and past that, I don’t mean you’ll die soon after)

It’s not humid in the UK so just stay out of the sun and drink a lot of water
 
Just looking at @Rachey's IoW Pride Facebook pics and you can tell Mandy is pissed as she's smiling normally rather than pulling a face :D
 
Are bi-sexuals REALLY respectable?!? Not if I take this strangely specific example to its most offensive hypothetical conclusion!!!
 
This poster is an ALIAS and a NUISANCE. It is crystal clear. Does it matter generally? Probably not, BUT they have returned to get peoples backs up.

I know 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don't know what happens when she's sober. Because she smiles normally, but put a camera in her face and she turns in to Chandler Bing.
