I just remembered from walking in the park earlier, scene of the mysterious goat van some months ago.

I saw a woman standing near a smallish gutter on the entrance to the castle, holding a lead. The gutter wasn’t big so I wondered what was on the lead, she picked it up and went through the gate before I could see.

So I hurried to try to catch up, and she had sat down inside the entrance with her tortoise on a lead, which also appeared to have some metal trolley attached to its underside. Also a cat was with her for some reason

No new work available at the moment, but the I'm now on the books for cover/ supply work from September. So that's better than nothing and an actual wage for teaching.

I’m not spending my OWN CASH to be around people I see 40 hours a week.

Actually had a nightmare day.

We’re moving office next week and the company I planned to use have basically GHOSTED ME. So I’ve been frantically trying to find a moving company who can do the job on a week’s notice and SURPRISE, no one CAN.

Luckily I found a company we used years ago and after much BEGGING, and offers of the “OTHER” they agreed. But I was so stressed at lunch time I simply HAD to buy a pack of FAGS.

On top of that i’m cat sitting, which is honestly the LAST THING I NEED.
