I’m in a very FUCK OFF WORLD kinda mood today but I have booked London for the BH weekend which is nice. Of course given the train situation I have no idea if I’ll make it there or even make it home so I suppose it’ll add a bit of drama to the adventure
 
I didn't realise I had booked today off but I had, VERY PLEASED (could have done without wasting half an hour trying to boot up my rickety work laptop though.)

A pack of 20 cigs is €3.75 here. It’s like they WANT me to smoke.
 
Popped out to my favourite cafe for dinner but they are closed until 30th August so went to Subway who had no green peppers, no crunchy onions and no garlic aioli sauce which made for a crap £8.49 sandwich. Now we have torrential rain. Normally this would piss me off no end but Mr F just saved the day by walking into the living room singing happy birthday with lit candles on a birthday cake. The first time in goodness knows how many years that I haven't lit my own birthday cake candles.
