If I lived in London and could get in without queuing, I think even I'd go along, and probably taking children (family, not random ones) for the shared experience of it.I'd agree with the first part of this. I wouldn't describe myself as pro monarchy but I was saddened by the news, primarily because of the loss of someone seemingly so omnipresent and constant in our collective lives. Were the queues not so atrociously long, I wouldn't be averse to observing something, historically at least, the like of which we are unlikely see again, at least not to this scale.
This really isn't just about the Queen. Moopy can be so judgemental at times.
It's the 5 miles of it and live streaming of it that really fries my brain.
