Diana got 32.1 million, just 0.2 million short of the 1966 World Cup final.

It wasn't as good as Diana's. She had MUMMY, Elton John and THAT SPEECH.

I imagine 25 to 30 million.

I mean it's been deadly quiet around here. I live next to a dual carriage way and the police station. So if that's any indicator of interest.

I guess having it all done by early afternoon can only help.

I don't know how iplayer streams work but I'm sure I read you only have to play a fraction of a show to count as a view. Which likely means it will be used to boost figures substantially
 
I live at a junction of two major roads and there is absolutely no traffic. It is as quiet as the first lockdown, if not quieter.
 
The BONNNGGG every minute is so incongruous. It's like the record label watermarked it to prevent bootlegging...

I'd be wary of any figures for the 1966 world cup final - it's unlikely they were measured in any accurate sense.

Worth also pointing out that the population now is 20% greater than it was in 1966.

Will the figures be all added together across all channels as a collective figure or will it be measured by the highest audience on one single channel?

They'll be recorded individually, but obviously someone will report the total.
