WE HAVE OUR TOP 10 SMASHES ACCORDING TO MOOPY!

Last round was definitely the closest one so far, there was only a 3 vote difference between 14th and 10th but Moopy has decided it wants la vida normal and is more into queens than kings (affirmed by the History Survivor)

Another change of pace! In this round, you are VOTING TO ELIMINATE the songs you want out. You can vote for up to 4 songs. At the end of this round, the 3 songs (tie dependant) with the most votes will be eliminated from Survivor 1999.

Surprised Tragedy made it this far but it deserves top 10 really. Because of the overplay and probably being ubiquitous at parties and what not I feel it's looked upon as being low rent when it's a great cover. It was such a rush when it came out, I was obsessed how it THUMPED so hard and joyously

...I mean I'm voting it out now, but still

Truly wish Love's Got a Hold of My Heart had made it to the top as I genuinely can never get enough of it. Tragedy just ain't my handbag - it serves a purpose, but I tapped out for that one.

I'm so pleased that the sensible voting bloc have descended on 'Mi Chico Latino' since earlier this morning. It's already about 20 places too high.

It was blatantly trying be "La Isla Bonita". She succeeded, insofar as it had 6 syllables in the title - beyond that, not so much.

Jesus (pronounced "Hey Suze" if you're Geru or else trying to catch the blonde one from Human League's attention), poor Mrs Horner burnt herself to a crisp on that hired yacht for nowt.

I unashamedly love Mi Chico. At its best, it's a brilliant pop song that rips off all the good bits from elsewhere whilst jumping on a bandwagon. At the other end it's a tuneless person stumbling into a studio and doing a Spanish accent and video as if she was doing a Smack The Pony sketch and not actually a real popstar.

The combination is a winner in my book. Obviously it can fuck off winning this though

I used to think I loved Chico and that it was by far my favourite Geru, but looking at that list, it's clear it's quite near the bottom now. The qualité just isn't there.

I wouldn't dream of voting it off now, but next round looks risky for it - assuming it hasn't gone already in which case I'll be quite happy to have had the decision taken away from me :D

(No YOU'RE taking it too seriously)

Allegedly baffled by a lot of results so far, and a lot of songs still left :o just when you thought Moopy (was evil)

This. It’s basic and far from original but it’s still lovely and reminds me of my favourite summer of all time (which is why I love most of these songs in the first place).

Yes no shame in loving Mi Chico, what a time to be alive. Deservedly there, just as Lift Me Up was thrown into the sun already
