looks like seven is about to finish sixth. 7 + 6 = 13, which as we all know is Taylor's lucky number. 13 + 18 (today's date) = 31, which is 13 reversed and therefore unlucky. and so it's an unlikely day to be seven and perhaps this survivor is now cursed.

however 31 + 22, the current year, is 53. 5+3 = 8... does that mean august will win this?

Seven is my favourite track on this album. For some reason if asked to quote one lyric from the album it’s always this one that would be stuck in my head:

“And I've been meaning to tell you
I think your house is haunted”
 
i've just spent the last half hour trying to play jark and iguana off against one another, resulting in at least one of them threatening to end our friendship, and me now having to actually engage with this and listen to the six songs. my real vote is coming up shortly.

I also liked Exile and Dynasty.

So that makes Cardigan, Seven and This Is Me Trying my bottom 3 and I just need to figure out how many of them to vote out for maximum destruction.

back to a tie between seven and cardigan then. this will close quite soon
 
all of these songs really bring me back to a very specific time (quasi-lockdown but mostly a beach trip I went on where I really got to see my family after not during lockdown)
 
anything Lana could've written, she has. and all were better than Seven :eyes:
