Straight off the train into the outlet centre, which is sterile but functional at least. And I've got a pair of trainers for Christmas already. My sympathies. I accidentally drove onto the magic roundabout last July. Still traumatised![]()
Just buy the ‘all in one’ tabletsI have a plumber coming this afternoon to plumb in my dishwasher (it's been sitting there useless for about five or six weeks now), so that's exciting! Need to go and buy the SALT or whatever you're supposed to put in them.
even better, a quick drink at 2:30You know what? If I finished working at 3 pm on a Friday then, yes, I will go out and have a drink at 3:30

I visited Swindon once with a man friend I was going to live with. He wanted to move there from the island and I knew nothing about it.I'm amazed anyone has any memories of Swindon. I imagine even those people who live here only have the vaguest sense of it.
I'm in charge of pigs in blankets.
Oh I ordered some of these and they arrived at home today! So I'll try them.@Rachey The Red Nosed Reindeer Get yourself some Heat Holders socks, they have a tog rating. I'm plagued by cold feet but Heat Holders are brilliant. https://heatholders.co.uk/

Any tips on treating chilblains![]()
Well today they just didn't warm up all day and now they're so itchy. And I don't have any witch hazelI haven't had any for years but last time I did I just dabbed Witch Hazel on them. If your feet get cold you have to warm them up gradually and don't put them on a hot radiator or in front of the fire to warm them up, also don't put your socks on the radiator before you put them on. I sit cross-legged and warm my feet by squishing them between my calf and thigh then I put the Heat Holders on.
I do have some tiger balm...I was initially going to laugh at Rachey's chilblains, until I remembered I get them on my ears. It just isn't quite cold enough yet.

I have shocking circulation.Well today they just didn't warm up all day and now they're so itchy. And I don't have any witch hazelI do have some tiger balm...
I'd say it's more of a burning sensation for me.I used to get them on my feet all the time when I was a kid because I'd put my cold feet on our council house gas fire. The itching was always the worst part for me. Do they itch when you get them on your ears? I have a delightful pair of fluffy Hello Kitty earmuffs (that are also headphones) if you'd like me to pop them in the post.
I went to a strip club like that in Blackpool. I had to sleep with 4 men to get over it.A few years ago I was on a work training course in Swindon. It was a course full of men who thought it would be a good idea to go to a gentleman's club in the evening so I tagged along as even that sounded better than staying in the Premier Inn hotel bar. Well obviously as it turned out, it wasn't. I say gentleman's club, it was more of a strip pub. Where you had to pay £3 to get in and it looked like the Rovers Return inside but with darker lighting. There were about 5 ladies in well let's just say their autumn years, parading around in skimpy underwear for about 6 rather disinterested customers. If you wanted to have a personal lap dance, they walked round with JARS so you could put COINS in. The cost appeared to be ONE WHOLE POUND. And Im not even joking. Thats my one and only memory of Swindon.
Will it have strippers of ladies of a certain age with coin collection jars?I’m staying over on my Christmas do and I’m going to a club that’s open until 8am. #PrayForButters
