I guess they just mean it’s the top answer if you group together all types.

I mean it does raise a question about the data a bit, I mean how does spanking win in Russia but it would presumably go under assault in Greece?

I like how most countries get “no games” or “no phone” but if it’s “no dinner” it becomes STARVATION :D I mean I assume Polish parents don’t say “you didn’t do your homework, no dinner for you … EVER AGAIN”

One block from my house:
