So you're trying to get your BA in fan choreography, too?I'm here to audition for her school of STAGE and SCREEN (but not voice).

If you smell burnt toast, you're having a stroke
Morning Moopy. I'm off on a mini island holiday today. I've packed my swimmers for the hot tub, monopoly, a jigsaw puzzle and a new book.
Sadly we are having to come home morning and evening for the pets so not the most relaxing of breaks.
Nice to have a story with a happy endingOoh I’m having a stroke right now Rach![]()

Six lettres and three vowels…
it’s Monday ladies and gentlemen and it’s here to wear your pussies AHHHHHOUT![]()
I'm off to Donegal this weekend to see my best mate who I've not seen for over 4 years now I reckon. So I won't be posting such positivity next Monday.
Going to the gym for the first time since November.
*dies*
Ooh where in Donegal are you off to Ron?
When we were looking at buying our flat we went to 3 different estate agents. One of them kept calling Mandy, Amanda. We refused to use them because of that. When we had clearly told them several times it was Mandy.I just had a second interview with someone which actually was quite good overall but I can't get over the fact that he's in sales, so will be building relationships with people, and got the company name slightly wrong throughout (Translation instead of Translations) and then got my surname wrong twice at the end.
Am I overreacting? If I was buying off him, that would piss me right off to the point I think I wouldn't bother.

Surprisingly it was the chest press I found most difficult, fine with everything else! Thanks to my operation, I wasn't allowed to do any exercise for two months. It killed me but I've gone back this week and I'm pleased to note that I've only had to drop down one weight on most exercises.

It would bother me as a prospect, but its surely something that can bebeatentrained out?
For me it's just that it signals that you're not that arsed. How do you get to second interview stage and get basics like that wrong? I mean, I don't mind flubbing it and with nerves, but then correct yourself and move on...
How much do you value attention to detail in the role? For my job it'd be the be all and end all, but for a sales/networking role where charm is probably a more important factor, I'd probably be willing to overlook if he was strong elsewhere.
Fair enough. The Translation / Translations wouldn't bother me but getting my name wrong absolutely would. As a translation company, detail and accuracy is really paramount. The people he's selling to are often of a similar background.
I dunno, I just can't get my head around the fact I find that a bit, well, rude.
I'm hoping the candidate on Wednesday is way better and I just don't have to worry about it.
