My day is looking ridiculously busy. I've had to block out all the remaining free time in my calendar to do actual work I need to do.

And to add another episode to @Beverley 💅🏾's "this country has gone to the dogs" rant I SOMEHOW need to chase up a letter I posted tracked delivery THE DAY OF the big cyber attack. Royal Mail's messaging online is a bit confusing as to whether it's over or not

Are they doing further investigation into this? Surely there's something they can give you to strengthen your lungs etc., a steroid or something? Have they even sent you for a chest x-ray to check there's nothing more sinister (God forbid) going on inside there?
