Quite liked the JT cover. Perfectly serviceable vocals from Lil Lou though obviously Just A Step was nothing compared to Queen Easther’s vox
 
Have I absolutely lost my mind or does she sound a bit like Tina Arena in that clip

She's clearly been working on her instrument now that she's a noted WEST END STAR.
 
Louise sounds surprisingly competent in her approximation of Just A Step From Heaven, but this isn't a side to side shuffle of a song, it's a side-splitter with EB doing it with ease.

Whenever I think ‘what IS my favourite song of all time’ it always comes back to JASFH. It is flawless.
 
It is definitely my favourite Eternal song.

Louise does sound more full-voiced than you might expect. Oddly it is the backing that feels weak.
 
It’s piss dribble. Sorry slow. Love you, love everything about you. The radio 2 version was serviceable as a 2023 Louise live vocal but on recording it’s just not it.
 
I thought she was surprisingly competent when I saw her in the 9 to 5 musical as well. She must be thrilled to be getting such glowing plaudits as she enters her fourth decade in the business.

Eternal supporting to Louise? Are you in your RIGHT MIND?
 
If it was anything, it would be a guest spot she'd bring them out on for one of the Eternal songs. Nothing more than that.

But at least if they're all TALKING we might get a show out of the lot of them further down the line, but I don't know how Louise would feel whacking out backing vocals to Eternal's post Always and Forever stuff. It's not like the Bananarama situation where there was a wealth of classic material for Siobhan to complete a full show with.
 
I just can’t see the girls turning up as a feature act at a Louise headline concert. WHY WOULD THEY?
 
If they want to do the bare minimum to mark the 30th anniversary, it would require the least organisation. Show up, wave, sing something maybe, and it's done.
 
I could see the 4 of them getting together to do something but no a feature at a Louise gig unless it was to announce a full blown reunion.

I'm sure she's had plenty of offers given the wave of 90s nostalgia, and the tickets being sold off of the back of that. She's can't be interested, for whatever reason.
