Paul has very close ties with the venue, and Ringo is an ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE in Liverpool, so I'd imagine the former is more likely.

The big ribs behind the stage in Lisbon were supposed to move, so it happens more than you might think.

This year's stage does seem much simpler though; I saw some people worrying about the rotating panels at the back of the stage but they worked fine in Israel so it's hardly untested.
