I've just had a phone call that this ROTTEN AND QUITE DISGUSTING LOOKING cancer lump that is rapidly coming out of my EAR of all places is coming out Thursday, so that's NICE. I'm off to Wales for the weekend so I've decided I'm going to treat myself to Friday off and a nice little slow mince and charity shop in a few locales on the way.

I do LOVE being self- employed sometimes!
 
It's a "keeping my telephone headset on so that people will leave me the fuck alone" day.
 
It's getting harder and harder to get a general anaesthetic out of 'em these days. It's health and safety gone mad, so it is.
 
I'm hoping the positioning and size of this particular lump can make me get some GOOD PILLS rather than the usual "oh just take a paracetamol".

They've banned gas and air during labour/birth at spawn's local hospital because a midwife complained she felt dizzy! What's the point of giving birth if you can't get handbagged while you do it?
