Get the camomile tea and 40mg Pantoprazole out, beb. :( Mine is pretty much gone now and I didn't need antibiotics but not a particularly enjoyable last 10 days of April.

Moopy parents to confirm, but it's been my experience that any virus you pick up from children seems far more NOXIOUS than ones you get from adults.

We came across a client today called XXX Beaver. When my sales person asked for him, his secretary told her very sniffily, "It's pronounced BE-VEEEEER".

Yeah, ok love. :D

I'll never get over the poor customer who had the surname MASHITER. The liberty with pronunciation? "MASH-TERR". You do you, bud.

We have a road here (I believe not far from your old stomping ground, Shee) called BELVOIR Rd, yet it's pronounced BEAVER, and with the rhoticity of the local accent. I sure as fuck wouldn't say it that way if I lived there.

Though my all time favourite was non- pronounciation related, but I did have a client at an old job called Osama Laden who used to call himself "Ossooma Lad-innnne" (I can't really do it!) to clearly avoid abuse and potentially being knocked off.

I know Belvoir Road. I'm sure I had friends live there- and we NEVER pronounced it BEAVER :D

Happy birthday SOLDI (can't be arsed to look up your Eurovision name soz but hope you have a lovely 18th :) xoxo)

I am so blocked, groggy and heavy headed still.

Fuck hay fever. It's super rough this year.

I have other problems which involve lots of ITCHING (no, not THAT kind of thing), so I take a prescription antihistamine all year round. It's entirely killed my hayfever. The most I get is a touch of sore eyes but that's it really. The amount of people who I've said that to who just use antihistamines in the summer and when they feel they "need" them who have changed to this and said it's worked wonders...

That said both the fruit of my loins and the bearer of said child have been ILL the past few days and I whistled out the front door feeling fucking fine this morning. I am invincible.
