Bebe Rexha - Satellite + Bebe (THE ALBAM)

there's something extremely 2012 about Visions (Don't Go). it feels very much lifted from the When Love Takes Over/Wynter Gordon era of gay dance-pop. :disco: is miss VoR not stanning? I can't tag her with this name change nonsense but maybe a eurovunty can!

@Lost in VoRona stream Bebe out now

She's so persistently SHIT :D

I don't even mind the Eiffel 65 sample, but it falls so flat and serves less than nothing.

this GODLY album debuted at 132 in the US with 10k sold :disco:

Where the fuck does she get the nerve to be talking about "Not fitting the mold"?

Where the fuck does she get the nerve to be talking about "Not fitting the mold"?

Getting big fat hits with a country song AND a rap song, and now with an EDM song kinda does doesn't it?

EDIT: I'm also pretty sure she may be referring to her weight/physical appearance where she doesn't look like the stereotypical pop singer who's been starving since the pandemic.

Maybe I haven't listened to enough of her stuff but from what I've heard she's not exactly some kind of Mozart. Just regular pop music.

She’s never going to be a huge pop force though is she? Based on her past performance anyway.

I’m sure the royalties from her big ones will keep her loaded. Especially as I think(?) she writes a lot of them?

she has four billion+ streamed collab singles that she wrote on, she's swimming in it. which means more BOPS for the GAYS!

ANYWAY, post your top 5 Bebe songs :disco:

1. Me, Myself and I (With G-Eazy)
2. I Got You
3. In the Name Of Love (With Martin Garrix)
4. Take Me Home (With Cash Cash)
5. The Monster (Under My Bed) although released by Rihanna with Eminem, her demo will forever be amazing or Battle Cry (with the ICONIC Havana Brown)

The audacity :D

Also, surely 95% of those 1 billion streams occurred before the album even dropped.

Genuine question, but, how does millions of plays from just ONE song count as an ALBUM STREAM then?

Chart wise it’s weird as I think each country has their own system (as in the UK, something like the two most streamed tracks are disregarded, and the next 10 or 12 or whatever are then averaged before then dividing by something to equal the weekly album ‘sales’ :eyes: ).

But as far as the above lifetime quotes like the above go I believe they simply add up the total streams for all songs on an album and that equals the total album streams. Which is obviously nuts, but I guess there is no actual way of knowing how often an album is streamed in full (and when to mark a play if you listen to just some songs).

In other words: it’s fucked and claims like the above are pretty much manipulated beyond belief :D

it's a POP STAN ACCOUNT. let them share a bit of GOOD NEWS!

Much respect to her for using this to plug her smash hit single :disco:
