I think we should properly GET TOGETHER at some point for a bit this time too, rather than just OCCASIONAL mincing past and saying hello.
 
Is it a misprint? Why isn’t POOR JAMELIA asked to perform on both days? She doesn’t have an S Club reunion to contend with.

It's not a misprint

It's SOLELY so she can flounce off on Day 1, throwing the mic at someone and screaming about it being a terrible festival before returning to open day two with "I Said Never Again (But Here We Are)"

Oh FFS I’ve only bought Saturday and really can’t be arsed with doing both. If she’s doing this hopefully she’ll do her own show somewhere as well. She’d be able to do a small London venue easily.

Yes sadly it is just too much faff for us to go on Saturday and then come back Sunday. If we lived nearby it would be a no-brainer but ZONE 4 and all that

How long does it take you to get there? I guess it would be the equivalent of me going to Edinburgh for a gig?

I would love to come to this but I have a tattoo session (coincidentally!) booked on the Friday before and I won’t be able to flail my arms around gaily like I’m sure everyone else will be doing.

It’s a shame about Rachel but expected, though Loreen would not have come cheap, and they are clever putting her on Sunday which is still not sold out, so the Eurovision gays will definitely be going if they weren’t already.

2 hours door to door maybe? I seem to remember the park is a good walk away from Brixton station.

Ad it's not that really. We're already going on Saturday, so we'd have to travel there, travel back, wake up (let's face it, hungover), travel there again, do it again, travel back again, and then do work the next day.

I am FAR TOO OLD and even typing all that out exhausted me.
 
Can you not just get a hotel?

I mean, in THEORY, it’s a similar length of time back to mine if I DROVE, but I’m just rocking up in a Travelodge for the weekend :disco:

We did this last year and already discussed the possibility of doing it again and decided we couldn't be arsed, but this was very much pre-Loreen news :D

Yes there's a few sudden HOLIDAYS and shit we're suddenly thinking of :D

Don't worry though, it won't be the last chance for good. We're raising them to be GOOD BASIC pop fans so we be old tagalongs in 18 years time :disco:
