Can I get the Avalon stage on iplayer do we know live, I'd like to see Melly C later and Will Young tomorrow! Will Young will have to be on catch up though I think he's on early

I’ve finally sat down to some coverage. Loved Lizzo, enjoyed Chvrches, currently thrown on Rick Astley and he’s as lovely and good as you’d imagine.

Have Måneskin on, while we wait for Rina Sawayama. They've certainly got quite a dedicated fanbase.

I don’t think the Avalon stage is available on the BBC at all.

40 minutes but she hopes with the best selling song of all time Hold the Girl :disco:

What's she doing?
She went very dark and melodramatic from the off and it hasn’t really let up, although I’m about 10 minutes behind. It’s a three act conceptual kind of thing.

This nonsense in the Guns N Roses set is confusing the hell out of the setlist.fm people. :D

Did his mic stop working during sweet child of mine or was that my TV? I'm only a quarter watching..

The end of the coverage of the Lana set was bizarre. So she paid dust to her 2 biggest hits then trolled the crowd for 15 minutes before leaving? Queen!

She turned up late and busted the curfew, so got her microphone cut off at midnight whilst only two thirds of the way through her set. Guns N’ Roses managed to start on time and they’re second only to Lauren Hill when it comes to having a reputation for not doing that.

Ah that explains it. She was late the only time I saw her in the UK so has form for this.

I've been working here doing short-straw shifts that mean we don't get to see anything really, but last night we got off on time to catch the end of Lana, so we rushed down only for them to TURN THE FUCKING LIGHTS OFF :D

And the audacity to stand there giggling "well, my hair takes a LONG time you know?"

LAZY CUNT. She should tour with Loreen, imagine the chaos

I did get to see the 17th greatest song of all time, "Ride", before she was turned off though so I got part of what I came for

But you'd be livid if you were squashed at the front for hours only for that to happen. But I'm sure the fans understand hair takes a LONG time :)

So for some reason the BBC aren't bothering to air Sophie Ellis-Bextor's set despite her being on the Pyramid stage :manson:

Is every performance not supposed to be on the iplayer? I can’t find the stuff I’m looking for. Pretenders were great, Chrissie Hynde remains cool as fuck.

All the Pyramid Stage stuff should be on iPlayer, no?

I was banking on Sophie when I get in from the beach tonight.

They don’t show the very earliest acts on most of the main stages. They didn’t have the Go_A set last year in spite of showing almost everything else from that stage. In fairness to the BBC, I can’t imagine it was their decision.

That was a smaller stage though. They aired Rick Astley's set on Pyramid yesterday and he had the exact same time slot as Sophie has today.

Just popped Charlotte Adigéry on. I don't think k I've heard of her before, but she's really good.
