Why are energy companies so utterly useless and frustrating

SSE cut through a power line near our shop back in march. It was reported at 10.41am, the power didn't come back until after midnight.

We had to close the shop and lose a days trading.

Their guidelines state if a business is without power for 12 consecutive hours then you are entitled to £175 compensation.

They're telling us we aren't entitled. Despite us sending evidence of how long we were without power for

I don’t hear it, Nance. I have that theme tune burned into my head as I LOVED Eldorado. They never gave it a chance and axed it just as it was getting good!

Today I sat in a bespoke McLaren car, worth ten times what my house is worth, with the engine running whilst nearby men who had gravitated towards it gathered round being jealous. It's a sexy car and there are only two of them in the UK and I got out of it and still prefer my shed of a Corsa. My bum was about six inches off the ground and it's bloody impossible to get out of with any grace or decorum.
