Maybe they should ban it EVERYWHERE so we could be spared the ONSLAUGHT of UNRELENTING PUBLICITY we've been SUBJECTED to for a film based on a PLASTIC DOLL for what it feels like the last THREE CENTURIES.

I'm AGHAST that semi-talented people like GRETA GERWIG and NOAH BAUMBACH are happy to PROSTITUTE THEMSELVES with this PIECE OF MATTEL CRAP, however many layers of IRONY, TOKEN FEMINISM and INDIE CLOUT they want to pretend this is coated with.

I'm absolutely going to the cinema to watch this. It looks ridiculous and fun. So what if it's consumerist lowest common dominator kitsch? So was Mamma Mia and we all embraced that.

Embrace THIS nonsense, let your guard down and enjoy the film of the toy that was many a gay boy's entrance to the world of other.

Or don't!
 
I have no interest in the film whatsoever, but the soundtrack has my attention.

This is excellent, in a skittle vodka kind of way.

They should release a film that is the exact diametric opposite of it thematically on the same day for those of us FED UP WITH IT!
 
This is basically a GAY TAX on the new Kylie music.
