I like Running, can see why it may not have fitted in the album though. I could place this on Golden
 
The Capital Ball performance got me thinking. Do we think Kylie may try a date at Wembley Stadium this time around? Or 5 x dates at the O2?

I would be thinking of upping it to a stadium this time around

According to the report, Minogue will perform at new nightclub Voltaire inside The Venetian Tower from October. At the 1,000-seat venue, she will allegedly perform a cabaret-inspired show using “state-of-the-art technology”.

However, unlike previous stars of Vegas like Britney Spears and Lady Gaga, Minogue reportedly hasn’t signed a lengthy exclusivity deal. This means she can return to the UK for her 2024 Tension arena tour.

I've been enjoying these Tension-era outtakes while we are waiting for the album. None of them (with the possible exception of Drum) jump out as being a big miss from the album - not that I have heard what they have selected yet and there is bound to be at least one iffy one.

I like Vegas Baby as well, though not sure it is completely suited to her.

They are very much unpolished demos to my ears but I agree it is nice to hear a less polished Kylie vocal.
 
I'm frankly amazed that no one on Moopy has listened to the three full tracks that have leaked (including the two tracks that are in contention for the next single).
 
The demos are fair game but I'm happy to leave leaks of tracks that are actually on the album alone.
 
Tension the title track is HOT AS FUCK! and quite WEIRD!
 
Without having heard anything, I wonder if the success of Padam made them rethink their singles strategy at all? I presume they'll be keen to keep this momentum going as much as possible.
 
PADAM up to a new peak of 121 on Netherlands Spotify. it's #2 on the "tip" (bubbling under) singles chart this week so it will break top 40 next week.
 
I can't see Tension being released as a single. It is essentially three separate songs in one. Something about it reminds me of Bey's Break My Soul.

she's unlikely to snatch another hit anyway so why not take a risk?

seeing as the two potential singles leaked some are speculating that BMG leaked them to guage fan reaction. they'd better go with Tension.
 
The potential for remixes with Tension is IMMENSE. I just can't see Kylie releasing a song about flicking the bean though.

I can imagine that there was a not dissimilar plan in place for Tension, with a possible second single in a week or two, and then a promotional one a couple of weeks before the album. But the Padamic must have changed plans.

Stumbled across "Hold On To Now" and fucking adore it -
the build up until the beat kicks in, the 00s pop-guitar strumming over the outro. Again, it's so Light Years-coded. :disco:

So far, she ain't missing. The album can't drop quickly enough.
 
I am trying to remember the last time I was this excited about an album. Probably ‘Out of Control’*

That is a terrible (to read) review. Apparently we've came to know what to expect from a Kylie album, then lists her "country album" as the first example. They probably haven't even heard it and just want the clicks.
