Raining cats and dogs here, so it'll be a couch and meal-prep Sunday.
 
We should have more Elodie related daily threads.
 
I’ve made a full on roast which is in the oven, apple crumble with allotment apples and I’m now sat down with a glass of red wine and listening to Elaine Paige on Radio 2 and watching the rain outside the window. It’s delightful!

I AM SO MIDDLE AGED.
 
I'm making fudge and it's selling quicker than we can make it.

There's a huge mainland fudge truck down on the parade for Cowes week but apparently people are avoiding it and coming to us instead. Which is lovely...but I'm tired :(
 
Finally put the netting up on the balcony so the cat can go out there - there's a little open corner where I can't secure it and he could get out onto the next balcony (he did it before :shock:), but I'm gonna get a heavy-ish pot plant to put there which should sort it out.

Technically yes, but the railing at the top is rounded so he wouldn't be able to walk on it. I hope he doesn't try, we'll see :o

Interesting. I'm tempted to move somewhere with a balcony and wondered if I could let a cat out on it. Good luck 🤞
