Morning. Bravely going to leave the house to purchase a card. In better news we're getting all the deposits post w*dding back, which is great because the whole event just pissed away money.

Less than a week now until my very invasive operation. Just two birthday soirees between now and then!
 
I have lost my 100% Discogs seller rating after 900 orders to some CUNT who claimed the item was damaged and when I asked if he could send photos before I could refund got angry, told me he didn't have an iPhone so couldn't send a photo and that I was NEVER TO CONTACT HIM AGAIN in big letters.

I am FURIOUS but MORE furious about how UPSET its made me.
 
And they were good (cheat, they're basically omelettes baked in a muffin tray)

Seriously. Where is the sun?!

Also there's an odd apple thing happening outside our shop. They keep appearing along the street then disappearing. There's no apple trees around. And this morning 3 apples we're pushed under a door opposite us but we saw nothing pushing them.

5 minutes later they vanished.

We've decided it's a child ghost reaching out for help by sending apples.

Maybe the child wants some apple fudge?

I already have but I think they’ll only do it if someone leaves abusive feedback. It’s annoying as I have been entirely professional in the whole thing and if it sticks for that, it’s really not fair.

I know it’s silly but it’s going to annoy me every time I log in. I’ve tried so hard to maintain it :(

Well we did think that. But the gate is really creepy and we don't want to go near it. We're keeping an eye on the apple situation.

My apple tree is full of fruit! August is usually harvest season here.
 
My apples will usually be ready in September ish. Although they're not doing well this year. I was going to make cider :(

Getting loads of blackberries though. Nom.
 
HELLO EVERYONE :)

The sun has been somewhat decent today and yesterday. Nothing like last year's oven baked Summer of course. I'm now on the lookout for a cheap few days away this weekend now that my month-long planned plans have been met with an "oh [let's-just-say-SORB] I didn't realise I don't get paid until the 15th", which is unacceptable.
 
You should go to Portugal. It’s maybe my favorite place I’ve ever visited

I went to Porto and Lisbon, and some smaller towns that I’d have to look for the name of. But one of them was the best place to surf in the world?

No schools are closed. It's really odd.

We went to Albufeira a few years ago and didn't like it at all. Far too many "British" pubs and shops. But I've heard Lisbon and a few other places are much nicer.

I want to do the Azores.
 
APPLE NEWS:

My allotment apples are beginning to be ready. Well, one tree is. I’ve decided I want to not waste any so I’m using all the fallen ones by cutting out the horrible bits and cooking with them. I’ve made apple crumble and two big jars of apple jam so far. Apple chutney next!
 
God I love apple crumble. I need an allotment. Or a garden.

Oh I’d never do Albufeira if you want to properly see Portugal. Some of the towns in the hills are nice though, and the port at Vilamoura is pretty at least.

Yeah it wasn't our best move. But it was a cheap last minute deal. Next time I'll research better.
