the songs from that "sampler" of snippets have all leaked in full now

More Than a Feeling
Heartbreak City
Puppet on a String
Electric
Water
When You Love Someone
To Be in Love
Talk With Your Body
Running

More Than a Feeling is genuinely EXCELLENT and sounds like a hit single for her. this better get a release down the line. superb vox too.

Talk To My Body (surely should be called Talk With Your Body) has such a peppy, dreamy chorus. great song.

why is she giving us HANDS and LOVE TRAIN!

If someone could point me in the direction I'd be eternally grateful please.

Can’t someone just tell me where EVERYTHING is?

This is all just so CONFUSING.

Who is the female singer she is duetting with on Puppet On A String? I'm sure I recognise the voice but can't place it.

And the instrumental is lifted out of that Clean Bandit hit, surely?

And Water might have trite lyrics but the production is pretty epic.

Also I love how Kylie is pushing her voice in a lot of these songs, sometimes to the point where it is on the verge of breaking or where is begins to strain...but it still really works. That's Miley influence right there imo.

Although it starts to lose a bit of steam towards the end. Still great though.

So an updated list of today's leaks:

That's just CRAZY!

I dread to contemplate just how much has leaked this year. I don't think I have everything. It must be over 50 songs so far? The glut in April was overwhelming. There was a pause when Padam was released and then it started again.

Happy is lovely (she sounds incredible) ....but then it just ends.

So, what is all this? Rejected songs? Do these leaks not stop the songwriters taking their work elsewhere? Also, who at BMG is leaking all this and when will they be fired?

I was thinking about this yesterday. Kylie's leaks have gone on for years- before BMG and have been more numerous than almost any other artist ever.

They can only be approved, right? And done as some sort of weird promo stunt. Surely. Otherwise it's someone in her absolute inner circle who has moved from company to company with her and if they really wanted to, surely they'd have clamped down by now?

I believe the majority, if not all of them are Kylie co-writes.

This is a really good point too. I can't think of many instances where a Kylie leak has gone on to be used by someone else- the only one I can think of was "I'm Just Here For The Music"- so surely they're all songs which it's been decided are no longer going to be used.

And also, considering everything that HAS leaked, it remains suspicious to me that THE holy grail of ALL holy grails has not appeared, which suggests that she is saving the studio White Diamond for a rainy day.

It's so weird hearing all these new leaks alongside a really old Body Language one.

It feels like a completely different artist and highlights just how much her voice has changed in all those years.

One thing I don't quite get is - now that she's doing CD singles again, why not throw some of these out as 'exclusive' B-sides?

I'd be more inclined than I would be for a 1-track or a couple of middling remixes like I assume she's currently flogging.

You could even have them as 'album only' purchases on the digital single, right? Every little helps!

Presumably you have to give up royalties unless it's exactly the same team, but yes, I agree, as presumably there are songs that apply to that.

I wish this was true. I just don't think we'll ever hear it, if she wanted it out there we'd have it already.

Jamie Nelson in that recent Music Week interview stated that Kylie cuts more songs than any artist he has ever worked with.

If anything, we have plenty of fodder for another Anti Tour (she has mentioned it twice in recent months).

That kinda fits with my point, though, no?

There has to be a reason for it. I mean, at the time I could understand why she wanted to keep it as sacred to that tour, but since then, EVERYTHING has leaked- especially the always much desired X Demos- but that. It's just bizarre and can only be some kind of plan.

I'd be absolutely here for that. Vastly more than another greatest hits or live release.

Absolutely, but it will be a lot more work than another cheaply thrown together compilation.

I'm literally salivating at the thought of a Prince- style deluxe box set for some of her stuff, but I can't see it ever happening- let's face it, there's still two of her studio albums which they haven't even bothered to get on bare bones vinyl yet, let alone counting the ones that are mega rare and go for ££££, and that's even after the success of seeing the vinyl reissue of Impossible Princess fly into the top ten recently.

I think her productivity and prolificacy is more likely to increase now that she is laying vocals down practically ANYWHERE. It's actually a really exciting time in her career for fans because this gives her the opportunity to be more creative than ever.

No wonder she was relishing getting back to recording.

I wish she'd actually step up to producing something properly.

Has she EVER been credited as a Producer? I know there's that argument that she produced her own vocals on Disco and refused to take the credit and isn't she somehow known to have been a Producer for some of the Impossible Princess songs but didn't actually take credit there either.

A lot of the Tension tracks are self-records too no, judging by the countless Infinite Disco credits?

I can stop playing Water! Send help!

I've never heard those sorts of layered harmony bvs in a Kylie song before.

RIVERRRRR! (AHHH, AHH, AHH) OCEANNNNN! (something, something) SEAAAA!

POUR IT ALL OVER MEEEE.
