I used to drink flat cola with milk added to it. It didn't curdle and was really nice. Nowadays I wouldn't drink cow juice in you paid me and I doubt it works with oat milk...

I go through phases where I use marmite as a condiment. Or I add it to my salads.

I still like scraping the pan with all the dried out remnants of either a stir-fry or tomato based pasta sauce. It’s best the next day.

I like to have a tomato based sauce (chopped tomatoes/passata etc. with seasoning, some dried herbs, maybe soy sauce + bit of spice etc.) with pretty much anything.

And I still add Worcestershire sauce to pretty much anything I can get away with. Frying onions in it, on chips instead of vinegar, absolutely anything with cheese and tomatoes.

The best thing about making beans on toast is eating some of the cold bean juice

Also plain black olives, and 'saving' garlic cloves to eat on their own.

I think they all contain some form of monosodium glutamate (MSG) which isn't as bad as previously thought.
