Sunglasses and what seems to be a plaster over her nose? Usually screams "nose job".
 
Someone on Twitter replaced the photo with one of Michael Jackson in the back of a car from about 1993 and people FELL FOR IT.
 
Facial "puffiness" is a common side effect of steroids, which are often given to people fighting serious medical conditions. Also, I severely doubt the royals would employ a lookalike; they'd be much more likely just to remain silent, as usual.

I still think that's not her, tho'.

The UK media seems to be largely minding it's own business. I think this one is on the GREAT UNWASHED.

Surely it is the royals that haven't learned? They are a public commodity first, people second. If they want to keep their palaces, then they really do need to placate us.

To be fair the proper media (i.e. the BBC - most the time) have angled it as reporting the online chat about where she is. Well that's how they started last week as an apparent gateway into reporting in her absence.

The reading of it still suggests a total non-article on the whole, that they briefly gave 3rd top billing to, but they may have done the exact same whatever the situation and I'm just reading too much into it.
 
I love how all of this is entirely taking away from the fact that CHUCK is about to CARK IT. Why is no one talking about THAT!?

It really doesn't bare thinking about. What if he dies before she's ready to go public with her new nose and bland, boring William is forced to go through all the funeral and coronation rigmarole by himself.

We need her there in a nice M&S cardigan to liven things up.

I had a SEX DREAM the night before last interrupted by "KING DEAD" breaking news. It then turned out I was friends with William, but I'm not ENTIRELY SURE WHY.
 
I'm going to feel like a right arsehole when it turns out to be ovarian cancer which had spread and she's Jade Goody Mk II.

have we considered that she got the fuck out sometime after Christmas and they don't actually know where she is?

so they invent a surgery with a lengthy recovery time. "this buys is four months, we're bound to find her by easter." I'm not ONE for conspiracy theories but it's more likely than dead or seriously injured imo.
