Things have certainly brightened up the last day or so.

Spring is teasing.

It's been GORGEOUS here the last few days. I'm going to go for a nice SWIM this afternoon in the sunshine.

It's our last day in Paris today, and my French has improved. I even got a "well done" from the lady in the bakery.

Today we are doing a boat trip, it's super sunny 😎

Honey is great in the bedroom, can be used as lube

Happy International Women's Day!

Your POOR ARSEHAIRS
I don't care about them one bit

If women want equality, they should have the good grace to die at the same age as men.

I haven't had honey in years...decades, probably. Used to love it on toast.

We use local island honey in our fudge. The fudge changes flavour depending on where we buy it. It tastes of lavender once.

Some people have jumped onto the metro tracks on our journey back from the Eiffel Tower. French people are very impatient, everyone got off apart from us. It would probably help if we knew what they were saying to be fair.

Oooh I love honey, I use it in pastas, stir frys, put it on toast… I’m a big fan!!

I only bought to go with lemon when I had a sore throat.

It goes lovely with soy.

I liked it enough at the time, but the only song I ever go back to is Ever Again (and the Yaeji remix of Beach2k20 :disco:)

Spent the afternoon with spawn and grandspawn. Grandspawn is ace, she's going to be a proper little gobshite in later life although their poor dog is literally living a dog's life because grandspawn keeps trying to run her over with the babywalker and throws toys at her (she's got excellent aim for 9 months old). The poor dog is fifteen years old, almost blind, almost deaf and has a brain tumour - she isn't long for this world anyway but I don't think being bashed repeatedly by something she can't see or hear coming is helping. The brain tumour makes her walk in circles but always and only clockwise (to the right) which solicited a slew of Zoolander jokes from me about her not being an ambiturner.

Spawn also told me "it's not definite that grandspawn will be an only child any more"!

Hope you enjoyed it Rachey. You definitely got lucky with a nice lady at the bakery :eyes:

On my way back from Avignon where I had a mixed bag, gorgeous weather yesterday, disgusting windy cold rainy day today. So happy to hear it’s sunny in Paris!

We've been so lucky with the weather! It's been a fairly good temperature, no rain, some cloud and lots of sun.

I've had the best time, I LOVE Paris! Although, ridiculously expensive. £5.50 for a box of Tampax in the local supermarket :o

For how many? I have no concept of how much tampons cost and they’re $8 for 36 at my supermarket

22. Which may be more than I get in the UK. I need to check. It just seemed very expensive.
